This coastal style with a bold twist holds substantial impact with dark wood feature paneling and punchy terrazzo finishes. This project’s location supports resort zoning, which allows for 3 dwelling units. Through thoughtful and meticulous planning, we were able to combine the main dwelling, basement suite and carriage suite in a harmonious and functional way without compromising mindful design.
