Our concept for this project is rooted in the buildings architectural history.  Built in 1939, the exterior was a very modernist design for its time, now a nod to Art Deco, which we tied into the interior.  Exposed structural beams add a touch of sophistication and character to the space.  We provided a reimagined space for the City Finance Department.
