Together we perform a thorough project review, diving into the intent, meaning, and needs for your specific project – the function.  Once these parameters are set, we work on concept development, exploring the overall look and feel – the form. Establishing these two elements are important as they set a baseline to reflect on as the project progresses, and act as a reminder to – the why. TENDER + CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE

We collect the information from the approved virtual design and work through the finite details to create a complete customized drawing and selection package. Our team breaks down the 3D design into tangible, actual specifications and creates a collection of detailed plans, elevations, design details and imagery. This serves as a cohesive guide throughout the project, pre-construction to post-construction. We ensure every detail is included and you can make confident decisions before construction starts.

PROJECT DURATION TO COMPLETION

Once construction starts, the detailed project package becomes our voice. Your construction team uses this package as an essential guide, answering all their questions and creating clarity between the clients, designers, builders, and any sub-trades. We maintain strong communication with our clients and construction team throughout the project, available for assistance on any changes, solutions, or problem solving that may arise.  As the project comes to a close, we complete the finishing touches, making sure it’s ready for you to settle into.
