We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our design team with day-to-day operations and project coordination. This is not a design role, but it is a vital position that helps bring our projects to life.
We are a boutique interior design studio based in Revelstoke, creating thoughtful, layered homes that feel personal, elevated, and deeply intentional. We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive studio support person + coordinator to add to our team behind the scenes and on site. This is not a design position. This role is the operational backbone of our projects. If you love logistics, details, beautifully organized systems, and being the calm presence that keeps everything moving, this is for you.
Core Purpose of the Role
To support the studio’s day-to-day operations, project logistics, and on-site coordination so designers can stay focused on creative direction and client relationships. You will support our designers by managing project logistics, procurement, site coordination, and studio organization. Your work ensures our creative team can stay focused on design while you keep projects flowing smoothly. You are detail-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable juggling many moving parts. Extremely strong communication skills are required.
