Our team’s collective passion for interior design enables us to create stunning designs that blend creativity and technical expertise. We work both in our office and on-site to build strong lasting relationships with our clients, builders and suppliers.

Kelsey Ferguson

Founder + Lead Designer

Founder and visionary behind Spruce + Arrow, Kelsey is an accomplished Interior Design Professional and Entrepreneur. Kelsey leads the Spruce + Arrow team with an unwavering commitment to project excellence, bringing a fresh perspective to each project and ensuring a harmonious fusion of style and purpose. With a commitment to quality, Kelsey’s expertise lies in creating environments that not only reflect clients’ individual tastes but optimize the experience.

Kelsey graduated from BCIT with her Interior Design Degree in 2012 and has been working in the industry ever since.

 

 

 

Emily Fischer

Senior Designer

Emily, a senior interior designer at Spruce + Arrow brings fresh perspectives and a passion for design excellence. Adept at translating concepts into tangible, stylish spaces, Emily collaborates seamlessly within the team.  With a keen eye for trends and an eagerness to learn, Emily contributes a dynamic and evolving approach to crafting inviting interiors that resonate with clients.

Emily completed Toronto Metropolitan (formerly Ryerson) University’s Bachelor of Interior Design program in 2018.

Kaitlin Kretchmer

Operations Manager

Our indispensable office gal at Spruce + Arrow.  With a meticulous approach and organizational prowess, Kaitlin ensures the smooth operation of daily tasks, providing crucial support to the design team. Behind the scenes Kaitlin provides a key role in maintaining efficiency, organization and facilitating seamless communication. Welcome to a firm where every team member contributes to the overall success of the design journey.

Kaitlin holds a BED from TRU which she completed in 2012.

Brooke Dyer

Operations Assistant

Brooke’s strength is to provide exceptional support to our designers, ensuring seamless project execution.  She is dedicated to maintaining the smooth operation of our office, projects and job sites.  With expertise in administrative support, coordinating, and organization she ensures that our day-to-day operations run efficiently.  You’ll see Brooke out and about checking on job sites, following up with orders, meeting deliveries and all of the tasks that come with site co-ordination.

Brooke holds a B.Comm. from Victoria University (NZ) which she completed in 2019.

Our Studio

Our office is where our creative concepts thrive and design ideas come to life. Located in one of Revelstoke’s most notable historic buildings, we were thrilled to acquire this space and make it our own.

We seized the opportunity to create a place from scratch that reflects our brand and feeds our imagination. As a bonus, we got to work with and highlight the historic charm of the building.

We are here to provide clients with the most outstanding project outcome, something that is better than they could have ever imagined. Both our education and experience get them there.
