We made the most out of this large unfinished basement. With savvy space planning, we incorporated everything this family could ever need into their existing footprint. The space includes a large storage room, cold room, home gym, rec area, craft space, bar, home office/man cave, guest bedroom and full bath.  Through feature archways and glass partitions, we delineated the space in a way that gives privacy yet maintains an open feel.
